Virtual Assitant

Brands: Elite Wellness + Elite Business Coach
Location: Remote | Part-Time (with potential for growth) and $100 commission per Referral that signs up
Reports to: Eric Ton, Founder

We’re looking for a proactive, organized Virtual Assistant to help us manage client engagement, social media accounts, outreach efforts, and light team management. You’ll play a key role in building meaningful connections across multiple platforms and supporting the growth of our wellness, coaching, and podcast brands.

You don’t need to know everything about lead generation yet—we’ll train you! We’re looking for someone who is reliable, communicative, leadership-minded, and excited to grow with us.


🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and engage daily with potential clients on Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram (commenting, replying to DMs, and community nurturing)

  • Maintain an active LinkedIn profile and conduct outreach to potential clients, partners, and collaborators

  • Perform light posting on social media accounts (posts will often be provided), but focus primarily on engagement

  • Need to have your own Linkedin account and we will be using that to outreach from there as well

  • Reach out to potential podcast guests via LinkedIn, email, and social channels

  • Send outreach emails to potential affiliates, sponsors, and brand partners

  • Assist in basic lead generation activities (training provided)

  • Support sponsorship and collaboration outreach for the Elite Wellness Podcast

  • Help maintain CRM or outreach tracking spreadsheets

  • Hire, onboard, and manage a small team of interns to assist with engagement and outreach tasks


✅ Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills and a friendly, professional online presence

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Comfortable managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts

  • Self-motivated and proactive with daily engagement tasks

  • Leadership skills and ability to delegate tasks and manage a small support team

  • Familiar with basic outreach etiquette (email, DMs, LinkedIn messaging)

  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn (familiarity with Google Drive, simple CRM tools a plus)

  • Interest in wellness, business coaching, personal growth, or podcasting preferred
