Yes it’s 100% remote. 95 percent of the time all you need is a phone to operate your job.
What is a Manager in Training?
You will be managing HR/CSR and VA group. These are multiple groups on WhatsApp so 95 percent of your work will be on the phone. You will need to understand CSR and recruiting which we will train you one. Also you will need to boost morale and keep everyone inline and productive. If you think you’re up for the challenge, then join in. We are in the process of filtering out who would be the best fit for our organization. We will hire the best performer out of the group.
What is a Software Manager in Training?
We will train you on how to recruit, manage multiple software projects and over look all the details that are necessary. You will need a deep understanding of all the technical aspect and also be able to handle a group of WhatsApp member and communicate effectively with all the members to keep morale and boost productive.
What is the salary?
$150- $500 usd and also $150-200 commission for leads that convert to buy our Online course. For Part time. We could also give you a Full time position depending on your performance.
What does the job entail?
Managing groups on whatsapp of 500 members, CSR, HR, VA team. (and Software Team for Software Manager ) Motivation and leadership. You will learn about online marketing, recruitment and management. You will need to keep the team inline and productive.
What happens after the training?
We will only pick from a few elite individuals that are high performers.
You will have clarity on what you will be working on and managing others. You will work with a team to support you as well.
